CASSATA SICILIANA
The taste par excellence of Sicilian pastry could not be missing! Real, citrus flavors softened by ricotta. Try it, if you like full-bodied flavours, you'll love it at the first taste!
PISTACCHIO DI BRONTE
The prince of dried fruit, strictly coming from the Bronte area on the slopes of Etna, whose lava soil gives the organoleptic properties that make the flavor of its pistachios unique. Another great Sicilian pride. Try it!
VANILLA
A soft vanilla enriched with a pistachio cream and chopped pistachios and hazelnuts. Impossible to resist!
SALTED ALMOND
Almonds toasted in our laboratory and salted. For a unique harmony of taste. A unique taste!
LACTOSE FREE
Our selection of lactose-free flavors involves making the ice cream using only lactose-free ingredients and fresh seasonal fruit. Remember, the Chocolate flavor is also lactose free!
BRIOSCIA
We couldn't help but offer you the infamous and iconic ``brioscia cu tuppu``. A very soft brioche that you can fill with the many flavors of our artisanal ice cream shop. Have fun!
GRANITA
There is no better way to refresh your summer! Our granita, made of simple and very fresh ingredients, will quench your thirst and regenerate you even on the hottest days. Many colors for many tastes.

Beyond the usual ``cups``... why the ``plate``? Plated dessert is one of the most stimulating preparations you can make. The variety of processes used is almost infinite: in a ``minimal`` space the following are released: imagination, taste, shapes, colours, textures and aromas.

Selected Ingredients
An excellent product must have superior quality raw materials. Our care lies in selecting everything very carefully to always get the best.
From the “PISTACHIO” from the Bronte area, to the “HAZELNUT” from the Piedmontese Langhe, to the strictly Italian “PINE NUTS OR WALNUTS”, all treated individually (we make a single blend for each flavour), to the FRESH FRUIT or to the “OUR CANDY NUTS” directly from PALERMO.
All this to give our ice cream a unique, light and strong taste at the same time; always attentive to all the needs of our customers (gluten-free, dairy-free).
